We landed our catch to pta on thursday night, after 3days fishing. The fishing was good again, we have been working southwest of the lizzard point by 25-35miles, we have been seeing quite a few haddocks, which have all been a good size and a nice few dorys. We had the navy onboard again last trip for a routine inspection again, but all was well.

The weather has settled down nicely just recently and we have been able to put in regular trips for the first time this year. We have been landing every 5 days so that the fish is in good condition and fortunately the fishing has also been good.
However its not all been plain sailing as we have had quite a few niggly jobs to do, this week the fax machine on board, which I use to communicate

We started off fishing to the south of the Lizzard on Good Friday, but the fishing wasn't very good, so we headed west and have been fishing south by west of the Scillies by 20 - 30 miles for the last couple of days. The fishing has been average with some nice Haddocks, flats and a few Dorys, but its slacking off a bit now and I'll have to move grounds tonight.

We landed our catch last thursday evening for the fridays market, then we sailed again and headed south west to the grounds to the south of the scillies by 20-30 miles. The first day we had a good days fishing with 3-4 baskets of flat a go, a nice bit of white fish and a couple of baskets of dorys.
